Mindful Movement and Meditation can be undertaken anywhere, outdoors, indoors, in the home or workplace. It is a great way for adults to de-stress. Mindfulness helps us to cope more effectively with difficulty, reducing anxiety, depression and pain and improving mental wellbeing.
